What is our passion in ministry?

Our passions are both evangelism and discipleship.  In the area of evangelism, we are passionate about a wholistic approach; we, with a desire to reply well to the issues, are studious in better understanding the culture and the common questions or obstacles to Christianity within the culture, and we believe there is a necessity for us to exhibit Christ’s love to all people and to serve their physical needs the best we can.  However, since we believe we are primarily spiritual beings and only our spirits and/or souls will pass into the next life, we consider our most important service to be to the souls of people.  If someone doesn't know Christ, we desire to see a spiritual birth, and if or when they do come to know Christ, we desire to see spiritual growth; we want to see people know Christ and, like us, to completely find joy in their service of Him and His will.  In the area of discipleship, we desire to replicate the same wholistic approach.  In addition, we also recognize that all of our efforts will be fruitless without God’s Spirit empowering us in service of His will; we must first seek Christ, His will, His power, and His guidance.
